Additional Costs or Fees

The user may be required to pay to purchase, license, implement, maintain, upgrade, use, or otherwise enable and support the use of:

  • The capability
    1. Professional Service one-time fees for Implementation, Training and Consulting
    2. Interface setup and annual maintenance fees per interface – practice management, labs, and hospital
    3. Data conversion from/to other EHR systems (if applicable)
    4. Device integration setup and annual maintenance fees per device
    5. Hosting access and/or technical fees

Limitations (Contractual / Business Practice(s)

The user may encounter limitations of a contractual nature, which could include developer policies, other business practices).

  • Implementation or use of the capability
    1. Only licensed users may use said capability,
      1. Use will be subject to license restrictions as outlined in the software license and support services agreement
  • Connection with data generated in the course of using said capability
    1. Use of third-party codes (CPT, Snomed, ICD-10, HCPCS) is subject to third-party licensor restriction in the use of said codes
    2. Access to proprietary databases or data dictionaries of Infocare Health is subject to separate license terms and conditions
